| How
to Apply to the Master of Arts Degree in Psychology |
| The
general requirements for admission to our Master of Arts in Psychology
graduate program is a minimum of 18 undergraduate hours in Psychology,
including courses in Introductory Psychology, Psychology Statistics,
and Research Methods in Psychology. As a general guideline, we seek
applicants with a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and
a minimum of 1000 on the combined verbal and quantitative GRE scores.
Applications for the 2008-2009 academic year are due by February 15,
2008. We recommend that you visit the NAU Graduate College Home

Procedure for Master of Arts Degree in Psychology: |
1.
Complete Graduate College Application (http://www.applyweb.com/apply/northazg/).
2. Send a 500-700 word statement of interest, discussing
your personal and professional qualifications, interests, and career
goals).
3. Have your undergraduate and graduate transcripts
sent to the NAU Graduate College.
4. Take the GRE and have your verbal, analytical
writing, and quantitative scores sent to the NAU Department of Psychology
(school code is 4006 and department code is 2001).
5. Have three letters of recommendation (letter
of recommendation form) sent to the Department of Psychology
Office.
