Thanks for expressing an interest in hosting your summer conference at the du Bois Center. Our function is to be the primary point of contact, a "one-stop-shop" in the coordination of summer conferences. We define a "summer conference" as an event that uses our residence halls, dining halls and meeting rooms/facilities. If you have conference in the summer that will be needing facilities, but not the residence halls, then NAU meeting space will be available only after the "summer conference" meeting space is fulfilled.
Summer conferences are planned first with a "room and board" packages which is a night in the residence hall and three meals in the dining hall. Then charges for facilities used are added.
Check our list of conferences for camps/conferences already booked, or view our photo gallery to see some of our past conferences.
If you're already booked, our conference resources includes information on housing, dining, directions, and more.
