  • Perl version 4 manual
  • id Software Inc. creators of DOOM 2 Quake and other great games.

I am looking for other people at NAU who want to play Quake deathmatch. I have also brought up a Quakeworld server and master intended for NAU use. If you are interested, then send me some email.
  • Hiking - Mostly day and weekend hikes, I don't like marathons
  • The USGS Geopgraphic Names Information System provides a great query form. for finding the location of just about any feature you could imagine. What I like most is that system will give you the name of the 7.5 minute map(s) covering the location of the feature you are looking for.
  • Find the distance between two latitudes and longitudes.
  • Fly Fishing - I'm not very good at this yet, but I really enjoy it.
  • Here's a great page about Fly Fishing in Arizona
  • Mountain biking - same comments as for Hiking
Snow Skiing - both alpine and cross country
